Get More Energy On The Slopes – Lazy Man 2 Min Breakfast Tip

Like many of you, I’m lazy and don’t like making a huge breakfast every time I wake up. So, here’s something I’ve been doing awhile that really helps increase my energy throughout the day.



Yep, the magic word is smoothies. Takes less then 2 min to make and they’ll give you a great boost of energy during the day. Here’s how you make one:

  • 1 pack of frozen fruit (will last you for 3-4 smoothies at least) – You can get these at any supermarket’s frozen section
  • Milk
  • Honey
  • 2-3 scoops of plain natural yogurt
  • Blender

That’s literally all there is to it. You put all of that together inside a Blender and you’ve got yourself a smoothie. How much honey you put is up to you, depending on how sweet you like your smoothie.

More energy means you can snowboard longer and you’ll also end up needing to eat less throughout the day if you have a good breakfast.

  1. Other suggestions – add plain Greek yoghurt to help you feel full longer with the added protein. Also, my friend swears you can add spinach to a peanut butter banana smoothie and not taste it. But I haven’t the guts yet to mix it together…

    • Yeah I don’t know about spinach… that doesn’t sound delicious at all…

    • Adding one cup raw organic Kale Or Spinach to smoothies with Peanut butter (or any other intensely flavored ingredient such as chocolate protein powder) gives you a great dose of greens and you can’t taste them enough to mind. Adding them to plain fruit smoothies isn’t bad, but the flavor is still there, so you gotta like their flavor if you go that route.
