An interesting thing happened while I was travelling to Australia in the last few days. They actually thoroughly searched my snowboard bag before checking it it, including opening my tuning kit and taking my base cleaner.
So, apparently you can’t bring base cleaner in your snowboard bag. It is flammable after all, but I guess it’s one of those things that gets rarely checked because I always bring it and have never had it taken before.
Just letting you guys know so you don’t end up in any trouble at the airport. Don’t bring your base cleaner 😉
ps – I’m all caught up on emails and messages now, sorry to anyone who got a delayed reply while I was flying!
